At this time we will collect demographic and insurance information so we can verify insurance for you. Verifying insurance is an estimate of insurance coverage and it does not guarantee coverage. You can inform us of what psychological services or testing you are interested in and if you have a preferred therapist. After we have the information from your insurance company, we will contact you to inform you of coverage and to schedule your appointment.

After your first appointment, the provider will schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with you. You can leave a voicemail or email your provider as both methods are secure to protect your confidentiality.

The client portal is a secure way to complete paperwork, communicate directly with your provider, print billing statements, and pay from your account. You will be informed how to join the Patient Portal so you can complete paperwork prior to your first appointment. We encourage using the Patient Portal, but it is optional.
